Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer: Due to the nature of the work and the preparation required prior to each meeting, we kindly request a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Your appointment may be cancelled if more than 5 mins late without advanced notice. Appointments canceled less than 12 hours will be charged a cancellation/no-show fee of 50% of net invoice total.
